Competing against the best of the best in Super Late Model racing and beyond, Anderson Bowen proved he belonged on that list Sunday afternoon with a strong top 10 finish in the prestigous Winchester 400. Bowen charged to the front from the 26th starting position and at the end of 400 laps found himself finishing ninth.
